Professional Body Composition Analysis
Diet History:  Client interview to determine key information that may lead to nutrition struggles. Learn basics on how to read nutrition labels and make healthier choices for meals and snacks.

Body Composition Analysis: Professional analysis of you own unique body composition using BIA (bio-electrical impedance analysis).  This is a professional scale that provides you with the most reliable method of screening body fat.  Why measure body fat? Weight alone is not an accurate indicator of your health. Not all pounds are the same. The BIA differentiates between body fat, muscle and muscle mass. 

The BIA will analyze:
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Body Fat %, Body Fat Range
  • Visceral Fat
  • Muscle Mass, Muscle Score
  • Basal Metabolic Rate, Daily Caloric Intake
  • Metabolic Age
  • Physique Rating

The above assessments will give an accurate picture of your true health.  Using these results you will be provided with a fitness plan that is specific to your needs. Follow up body composition analysis is available to track and monitor your progress.
